Westminster & Whitehall Partners Ltd was established by David Davies, who as Managing Director oversees all training programmes and works with clients to ensure that every course is delivered by people with the most relevant experience and expertise.

David has spent more than 27 years working at the heart of the UK political system, serving as a Member of the Senedd, Member of Parliament, Government Whip, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State and Secretary of State. He has also worked as a political adviser and senior parliamentary staff member, giving him a unique perspective on how politics and government operate in practice.

During that time, David worked closely with Prime Ministers, Cabinet Ministers, Special Advisers, senior civil servants, journalists, diplomats and business leaders.

David's experience of the UK political system is unusually broad, spanning elected office, government, political advisory roles and parliamentary staff positions. Having worked as a parliamentarian, minister and political adviser, he understands how government and Parliament operate in practice, how decisions are made, and how organisations can most effectively engage with decision-makers and get their message across.

Today, David provides training and advice to embassies, businesses, charities, trade associations and public affairs professionals seeking a better understanding of Westminster, Whitehall and the wider political environment.
